最近の日本では化繊のT-SHに化繊のスーツ姿などよく見かける様になりましたが、

欧米では全く見る事もございませんね。

やはり天然繊維それも時期毎に麻であったりコットンであったりウールであったりと季節感を

素材で表現するのが上手いですよね。

そして着込んで体に馴染ませているのも素敵です。

其のスーツやジャケットに合わせてシャツなども色々な素材を持ち合わせていますね。

例えば白シャツでもオックスフォードから絡みオックスやロイヤルオックスなどそして本日

ご紹介させて頂きますチェック柄のオックスフォードなども好んで着用されている方を

よく見ますね。

It seems that men’s and women’s perspectives are completely different.

Recently in Japan, we’ve been seeing a lot of people in synthetic T-shirts and synthetic suits,

but you never see that in Europe or America.

They’re really good at expressing the seasons through natural fibers, using linen, cotton, wool, etc.

And it’s also wonderful when the clothes are worn in and become more comfortable.

They also have a variety of shirts made from different materials to match their suits and jackets.

For example, even with white shirts, you often see people wearing Oxford, twill Oxford, royal Oxford, and the checked Oxford shirts that I’ll be introducing today.

This is Oxford fabric from Getzner of Austria.

Of course, it’s a pre-dyed white base with a French blue and navy check pattern!

And it’s deadstock fabric.

Therefore, it will only be available at Boys Market and cannot be used for further production.

水洗い加工も施しており、生地本体の糊も抜いておりますので最初から肌に優しく体にも馴染んでくれますね。

Getznerは凹凸の有る生地作りが得意な会社ですから、この様なオックスフォード生地などはお家芸かと。

The fabric has been pre-washed and the starch has been removed, so it’s gentle on the skin and comfortable from the start.

Getzner is a company that excels at creating fabrics with textures, so Oxford cloth like this is probably their specialty.

こんな感じでジーパンとの相性は抜群になりますね。

着用しますと、動作に合わせてオックスフォード特有の皺感なども演出されましてよりシャツが

立体的な表情も演出してくれます。

洗濯後、干される際に少しお手間ですが、お襟をロールさせまして前立て部分を指でスッと馴染ませて

あげますと、乾燥後其のまま着用して頂けますよ！

洗いざらしのオックスフォードはアイビーリーガースに右に倣えで素敵な表情を魅せてくれますよ。

As you can see, it pairs perfectly with jeans.

When worn, the unique wrinkles characteristic of Oxford fabric develop with movement, giving the shirt a more three-dimensional look.

After washing, when drying, it takes a little effort, but if you roll up the collar and gently smooth the placket with your fingers,

you can wear it as is after drying!

A washed Oxford shirt gives off a wonderful look, just like an Ivy Leaguer.

The collar has a soft, rolled look.

此の芯地は、水に通しますとフラシ芯の様に変貌しましてお襟に綺麗なロール感を表現してくれるのです。

それでいてフラシ芯より柔らかくて首への当たり感などもソフトな訳なんですね。

When worn, you can enjoy the beautiful roll of the collar, as you can see here.

The collar uses the thinnest interlining (super soft).

This interlining transforms like a floating interlining when wet, creating a beautiful roll in the collar.

Yet, it’s softer than a floating interlining, making it gentler against the neck.

脇縫いもピッチの狭い折伏せ抜いを採用しております。

主にドレスシャツに使われる縫製で一手間掛かる縫製になります。

そして脇裾にはガゼットが採用されております。

こちらのガゼットも最近のシャツは見せかけのガゼットが多いのですが、

ボーイズマーケットシャツメーカーの縫製では後ろ身頃と前身頃を別々に縫製しまして最後に縫い合わせる為

脇裾が断ち切りとなるので必要不可欠なんです。

The side seams also utilize a narrow-pitch flat-felled seam.

This is a more time-consuming stitching method, mainly used in dress shirts.

Furthermore, a gusset is used at the side hem.

While many recent shirts use decorative gussets,

In the sewing process of Boys Market shirt manufacturers, the back and front panels are sewn separately and then joined at the end.

This makes the side hem raw-cut, so a gusset is absolutely essential.
