僕自身も、此のコーデュロィのお色に一目惚れしましてオーダーさせて頂きました！

早速、其の全貌のご紹介です。

I myself fell in love with the color of this corduroy at first sight and ordered it!

人呼んでフィールドジャケットですね！

フィールドジャケットと聞きましたら、かのLLBeanなどのジャケットを思い浮かべるかと思いますが、

其れよりも古い60年代位のフィールドジャケットを現代に蘇らせたデザインになります。

僕も素材はコットンキャンバスとかになりますが、此の手合いのヴィンテージ物は倉庫に保管しておりますので

懐かしいと云いますか逆に今の時代には新鮮にも映るデザインになりますね。

It’s what people call a field jacket!

When you hear the word “field jacket,” you might think of a jacket like the famous LL Bean,

But this design is a modern revival of an even older field jacket from the 1960s.

I also use cotton canvas, and I have a lot of vintage items like this stored in my warehouse,

While it brings back memories, it also feels fresh in today’s world.

両胸に鎮座しますフラップ付きのポケットも、

The pockets with flaps on both sides of the chest are also

ヴィンテージ物などによくございますマチ付きポケットになります。

This is a gusseted pocket, which is often found on vintage items.

腰ポケットも同じくマチ付きポケットになりますので大容量になりまして色々な必需品を

此のフロントの４個のポケットに収納が可能となりますね。

ですから旅行などにも適したジャケットになります。

此のポケットのデザインもフラップなどにカーブを付けました凝ったデザインで、昔のフィールドジャケットに

よく見られるディティールになります。

The waist pockets are also gusseted, allowing for ample storage.

You can easily store various essentials in these four front pockets.

This makes the jacket ideal for travel.

The pockets also feature elaborate curved flaps, a detail commonly seen on vintage field jackets.

同じコーデュロィ素材でエルボーパッチも備えたデザインになります。

The design is made of the same corduroy material and also features elbow patches.

着用しますと、此の様な雰囲気になりますね。

When you wear it, it creates an atmosphere like this.

そして此のお袖付けですが、手間の掛かります前振り袖を採用しております。

身頃とお袖を別々に縫製しましてお袖を捻って付けると云う手法になります。

昨今の洋服は裾からお袖口まで一気に縫い上げてしまうのが多い中、手間の掛かるクラシックな服作りを

行っておりますね。

素敵な洋服ってデザインはスタンダードですが、此の様な見えない所にギミックが多く詰まった物かと！

And as for the sleeve attachment, we used the time-consuming “mae-furisode” (long sleeves in front) technique.

The bodice and sleeves are sewn separately, and then the sleeves are twisted and attached.

While many modern clothes are sewn in one go from the hem to the cuffs, this is a time-consuming, classic style of garment making.

Nice clothes tend to have standard designs, but they’re packed with gimmicks in places you can’t see like this!

お袖口のカフスも此の様なクラシックなディティールの採用となります。

The cuffs on the sleeves also feature classic details like this.

フロントのボタン留めも第一ボタンまでございまして、巻物をされまして第一ボタンまで留められますと

冷たい冷気もシャットアウトして頂けますよ！

The front buttoning is up to the first button, so if you fasten the wrap and button it up,

you’ll be able to keep out the cold!

良い洋服はボタンを見れば！とよく言われますよね。

We use genuine water buffalo buttons.

ベルトを縛りまして、此の様なクラシック装いもお楽しみ頂けますね。

You can also enjoy a classic look like this by tying the belt.

こちらがバックスタイルになります。

This is the back style.

着用されますと、こんな雰囲気になります。

通常はベルトの両先はフロントの腰ポケットにさりげなく収納されるのもお勧めですね。

When worn, it gives off this look.

We usually recommend casually tucking both ends of the belt into the front waist pockets.

背のヨーク下にはクラシックな意匠デザインのインバーテッドプリーツを採用しております。

The back yoke features inverted pleats with a classic design.

両腕の可動域も広くなります機能デザインになります。

これも機能美かと思います。

It’s a functional design that also increases the range of motion of both arms.

I think this is also functional beauty.

クラシックなフィールドジャケットには、此の様なセンターベントを採用している物が多いですね。

其れから此のコーデュロィ素材ですが、イタリアのVISCONTI社のコーデュロィ素材を使用しております。

インポート生地を使用しまして、ここまでの丁寧な作りで今の時代、此のお値段はかなりコストパフォーマンス

が高いと思いますね。

This vintage denim shirt is slowly woven on a shuttle loom.

We recommend layering it with a cotton flannel vest or other items.
