基本的にイタリア男（其れも全般的に）は、細身と云うかスリム系のパンツを好んで穿いていると
思います。
フィレンツェやミラノそして首都ローマの街を散策して思う事ですが。
これはイタリア男の考える黄金比に基づいての事かと思います。
肩からウエストに掛けましてシェイプそしてヒップ辺りでフワリと開かせまして膝から裾に掛けてシェイプ
させていくと云うのが、装いの基本なのかなと思いますね。
其れはクロージングでもカジュアルでも同じ黄金比だと思うのです。
ですから、アメリカ的な装いが好きなイタリア人の着熟しは、男らしくも見えそして男の色気も感じさせる
のではないでしょうか！
（イタリア人もフランス人もイギリス人も、僕達と同様にアメリカはインポートになりまして、アイビー
スタイルなどを参考に装いを構築している方は多いと思うのです。）
そんなイタリア人其れも首都ローマでアメトラをベースとしてミリタリーやワークに特化しましたブランドを

今までにも素材違いでご紹介もしておりますが、
Italian men (and I think that in general) generally prefer slim-fitting pants.
This is something I’ve noticed while strolling around the cities of Florence, Milan, and the capital, Rome.
I think this is based on what Italian men consider the golden ratio.
Shaping from the shoulders to the waist, leaving a loose fit around the hips, and then shaping from the knees to the hem are the basic elements of their outfits, I think.
I think this golden ratio is the same whether you’re dressing casually or formally.
So, I think the mature style of Italians, who prefer an American-style look, is both manly and exudes a certain sex appeal!
(Like us, Italians, French, and British people import American clothing and often reference Ivy League style.)

本日ご紹介させて頂きますのは、
Today I would like to introduce
ウールとコットンをブレンドしましたヘリンボーン素材になります。
オリーブグリーンを基調としましたヘリンボーン素材はさも男好きするのではないでしょうか！
イタリアでは此のウールとコットンをブレンドさせました素材はポピュラーでINCOTEXなどでもよく見かける
素材の一つですね。
多分僕が考察させて頂きますとウールだけじゃ洗い加工に適さない（縮みが激しくて）のでコットンを上手く
ブレンドさせる事に依り洗いも行えますし洗いに依りますコットン特有の自然な風合いも演出出来るからだと
思うのです。あくまでも僕の推測にはなりますが、比較的に此の手合いの素材はカジュアルに仕立てられる物
が多く見受けられますので。
そして必ず洗い加工が施されておりますので。
一度洗い加工を施してしまえば、その後のお洗濯に依る縮み具合も殆どなくなってしまいますのでお洗濯に
関しましても気になさらずご家庭の洗濯機で丸洗いして頂けます。
This is a wool-cotton blend herringbone fabric.
The olive green herringbone fabric is sure to appeal to men!
This wool-cotton blend is popular in Italy, and is often seen in brands like INCOTEX.
My guess is that wool alone isn’t suitable for washing (it shrinks excessively), so blending it with cotton makes it washable and also creates the natural texture characteristic of cotton.
This is just my speculation, but this type of fabric is often used for casual wear.
And it’s always washed.
Once washed, it will shrink very little with subsequent washing, so you can wash it in your home washing machine without worry.

Here’s the full look.
The pants have just the right amount of wrinkles, and you can enjoy the warmth of wool, making them a double treat.
よくよく素材を見ますと生成りの糸にブラウンそしてオリーブグリーンなどがミックスで織られております。
ですから素材自身もさすがイタリアらしさが溢れておりますね。
そしてアイコンでもありますオリジナルのドッグタグが装備されております。
If you look closely at the material, you’ll see that it’s woven with a mix of off-white yarn, brown, and olive green.
So the material itself is truly Italian.
It also comes equipped with the iconic original dog tag.
長年のご愛用に耐えうる閂止めなどもご覧の通りに。
As you can see, it also comes with latches that can withstand years of use.
ベーカーパンツ特有の貼り付けポケットになります。
This is a stick-on pocket that is unique to baker pants.
フロントはクラシックなボタンフライの採用になりますね。
The front features a classic button fly.
サイドアジャスターが装備されておりますので着用後ウエスト周りに伸びが生じますとアジャスターで
調整が可能となります。
左右で5cmほどウエスト周りを縮める事が可能になります。
ベーカーパンツは、41カーキなどと同様にウエストにインベルが入っておりませんので基本的にウエストは
伸びると思いますので。
The pants are equipped with side adjusters, so if the waist stretches after wearing, you can adjust it using the adjusters.
This allows you to shorten the waist by approximately 5cm on each side.
Baker Pants, like the 41 Khaki, do not have an inner hem at the waist, so the waist will generally stretch.
パンツ裏になります。
ベーカーパンツになりますのでシンプルな作りになりますね。
前後ともにポケットは貼り付けになりますので。内部はこんな感じになります。
This is the inside of the pants.
They’re baker pants, so they’ll have a simple construction.
The pockets on both the front and back will be attached, so the inside will look like this.
こちらがバックスタイルになります。
This is the back style.
ヒップポケットは貼り付けにフラップの採用となります。
此のポケットがヒップスタイルを格好良く演出してくれるのだと思います。
The hip pockets are attached with flaps.
I think these pockets create a cool hip style.
そして山高ループになります。
ご覧の通りに後中心の縫製も巻き縫いになりますのでパッカリングなどが生じましてパンツ自身をより
立体的に演出してくれますね。
さて着用しますと、
This then creates the high-rise loop.
As you can see, the center back seam is also rolled, which creates puckering and gives the pants a more three-dimensional look.
Now, when you put them on,
太腿周りにはゆとりが有りまして膝から裾に掛けてテーパードが為されております。
イタリア人が最も好むシルエットですね。
バタ臭いベーカーパンツもイタリア目線になりますとファッションと化してしまうのが素晴らしいですよね。
サイドの縫製も巻き縫いを採用しておりますのでパッカリングなどで立体的なパンツと仕上がってくると
思いますね。
There’s room around the thighs and they taper from the knee to the hem.
This is a silhouette that Italians love the most.
It’s amazing how even the plain old baker pants can become fashionable when viewed from an Italian perspective.
The sides are also stitched with a rolled seam, so I think the puckering will create a three-dimensional look.
フロントからだとこんな感じになります。
裾幅も狭くなっておりますのでパンツ丈も靴に掛からないのがベストなパンツ丈かと思います。
This is what it looks like from the front.
The hem is also narrow, so I think the best length for the pants is one that doesn’t hang over your shoes.
