それはお客様の修理と、

He left it with the message, “Please give it to Mr. TSUBO!”

お分かりになる方もいらっしゃるとは思いますが、アラスカパーカーのフード部分になります。
何故これが？
実は、数年前からManifattura ceccarelliでもコヨーテの毛皮が使えなくなっておりまして、
僕の大好きなアラスカパーカーにコヨーテが使えなくなったのです。
其れもあってオーダーをしなかったのですが、
社長のジュリアーノが、人口の毛皮で似通った物を見つけてくれましてフード部分をサンプルとして
再現してくれた訳なんです。
ヨーロッパ全域で毛皮やダウンなどの不買運動のデモも盛んでメーカーとしても今まで使っておりました
毛皮やダウン製品までもが作りにくくなっているのです。
でもアラスカパーカーには毛皮が無いと何故か間が抜けた感じで寂しいので以前お伺いした際、
社長のジュリアーノに
（何とか毛皮を付けて欲しい！）と嘆願してきました。
こんな田舎の一店舗の為にサンプルまで作ってくれる其の真面目な気質に僕も感動しまして
早速、Manifattura ceccarelliのブースに！
Some of you may already know, but this is the hood of the Alaska Parka.
Why is this?
The truth is, a few years ago, Manifattura Ceccarelli stopped using coyote fur,
which meant that my beloved Alaska Parka could no longer be made with coyote fur.
For that reason, I didn’t order it, but
President Giuliano found a similar synthetic fur and recreated the hood as a sample.
With boycotts of fur and down rampant throughout Europe, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to produce even the fur and down products we’ve used until now.
But the Alaska Parka felt somehow silly and lonely without fur, so when I visited the company previously,
I pleaded with President Giuliano
(Please add fur somehow!) I was so impressed by their sincere dedication to creating samples for a small shop in this rural area,
I immediately headed to the Manifattura Ceccarelli booth!

Giuliano welcomed us with a big hug as usual!
僕もサンプルのお礼をしながら、早速アラスカパーカーのオーダーに！
I thanked them for the sample and immediately ordered an Alaska parka!

アラスカパーカー自体が、コレクションからは無くなっておりましたが、快く製作してくれる事になりました。

The Alaska Parka itself was no longer in their collection, but they were happy to make it for me.
ジュリアーノの直向きな物作りや実直性に惚れ込みまして僕も日本で一生物のアウターやコートを
お届けしたいと思います！
実際、僕が着用しまして良い！と思う逸品達ですから自信を持って販売していけると思います。
お修理なども日本で出来ない修理などはイタリアに持ち込み完璧にお修理させて頂きます。
今回も2点ほどございまして、そのお品の引き取りもございました。

I fell in love with Giuliano’s straightforward approach to craftsmanship and honesty, so I would like to bring some of their lifelong outerwear and coats to Japan!
In fact, these are masterpieces that I would be happy to wear myself, so I feel confident selling them.
If there are any repairs that cannot be done in Japan, we will bring them to Italy and repair them perfectly.

ワックスコットンのお色はDARK TANになります。
何色とも相性良くて使い易いお色目になります。
それからこちらのワックスコットンは糸の段階でワックスを塗り込み高密度に織り上げまして最後に
水洗いを掛けるとかなり手間の掛かりました生地作りを行っておりますので、通常のワックスコットン
みたいなベタ付きなどは一切ございませんね。
クローゼットに他のコートやアウターと掛けて頂いても問題ございません。
The wax cotton color is DARK TAN.
It’s a versatile color that pairs well with many other colors.
This wax cotton is also made with a lot of effort, as it’s waxed at the yarn stage, woven to a high density, and then finally washed in water.
It’s a very time-consuming process, so it doesn’t get sticky like regular wax cotton.
You can hang it in your closet with other coats and outerwear without any problems.
大容量の腰ポケットが両サイドに装備しております。
Large capacity waist pockets are provided on both sides.
こんな感じでマチ付きになりますのでかなりの必需品を持ち運びが可能となります。
It has a gusset like this, so you can carry quite a lot of essentials.

It also comes equipped with hand warmer pockets.
ウエスト部分にはサイドアジャスターも装備されております。
The waist is also equipped with a side adjuster.
ボタンが素敵なんです。
そして此のボタンが実は日本ではもう存在しない昔の製法で作られたボタンなんです。
ですからボタンのお修理はイタリアでしか出来ない訳なんです。
でもご安心下さい！僕が責任持って行いますので。
The buttons are lovely.
And these buttons are actually made using an old method that no longer exists in Japan.
That’s why button repairs can only be done in Italy.
But don’t worry! I’ll take full responsibility for the repairs.
本格的なアウトドアー仕様の皮革の補強が施されましたボタン留めとなります。
It is reinforced with genuine outdoor leather and has a button closure.
お袖口はWのボタン留めになっております。
悪天候の際などにお袖口を閉められまして外気をシャットアウトできますね。
The cuffs have double button closures.
You can close the cuffs to keep out the outside air in bad weather.
よく擦れる肘部分には同じ素材で
The same material is used on the elbows, which are prone to rubbing.
エルボーパッチが貼られております。
Elbow patches are attached.
そしてロング丈のコートになりますのでWスライダーになります。
ですから直ぐに内ポケットの貴重品を取り出したり寒い季節に車にそのまま着て乗り込めますね！
And because it’s a long coat, it has double sliders.
This means you can quickly access valuables from the inner pockets or wear it in the car during cold weather!

雨天時などにサッと被りますと傘要らずで雨天時も過ごす事が可能となります。

If you put it on quickly when it’s raining, you can get through the rain without needing an umbrella.
It’s really useful for walks with Goro in the winter.
