Trickersと云えば此のカントリーシューズを思い描くのではないでしょうか。

When you think of Trickers, you probably picture these country shoes.

(These are the country boots, right?)

こちらが其の全貌となります。

Here is the whole picture.

Trickersらしい無骨なメダリオンが男臭さを演出しておりますね。

デザートブーツ同様にコバの張りましたナチュラルウエルトになります。

こちらのウエルトが日焼けなどで経年変化して参りますと自然な雰囲気に変貌を遂げてくれますね。

The rugged medallion that is typical of Trickers creates a masculine look.

Like the desert boots, it has a natural welt with a tight welt.

As the welt ages with exposure to sunlight, it will take on a more natural look.

そしてアッパーはRepelloスウェードのガウチョカラーを載せております。

つまりデザートブーツと同じ皮革となります。

（水にも強くて急な雨にも問題なく対応可能です）

僕自身が、此の皮革を気に入っておりまして次男坊のBOURTONも同じ皮革を採用しました！

因みに三男坊のサイドゴアも同じ皮革になります。

そしてソールも

The upper is made of Repello suede in a gaucho color.

This means it’s the same leather as our desert boots.

(It’s also water-resistant, so it can handle sudden downpours without any problems.)

I personally like this leather, so I used the same leather for my second son’s BOURTON boots!

By the way, the side gore for my third son’s boots is also made of the same leather.

And the sole…

デザートブーツと同様のWクレープソールの採用となります。

此のガウチョスウェードとクレープソールのお色のコンビネーションがトーントーンで素敵かと！

It features the same double crepe sole as the desert boots.

The color combination of this gaucho suede and crepe sole is tone-on-tone and looks great!

向かって左が通常のBOURTONになります。

鳩目付きの4ホールになりまして、ボーイズ別注は鳩目無しの5ホールになります。

少々ロングノーズでよりクラシックな風貌となります。

On the left is the regular BOURTON.

It has four eyelets with eyelets, while the boys’ special edition has five eyelets without eyelets.

The slightly longer nose gives it a more classic look.

向かって左が新品で右が丁稚が愛用しているBOURTONになります。

ウエルトのお色が飴色に変化しまして沈み込んでいるのが分かって頂けると思います。

こう成って参りますと手放せない逸品に化してくれますね。

On the left is a new pair, and on the right is the apprentice’s favorite BOURTON.

You can see that the welt has turned amber and sunken.

Once it gets to this stage, it’s sure to become a masterpiece you won’t want to let go of.

These country boots can be enjoyed all year round, so we recommend wearing them frequently after purchase!

You can enjoy the changes they undergo over time as they age.

After all, both clothes and shoes are only 60% perfect when new, but with continued use they reach 100%.

For early spring and fall, coordinate your favorite vintage T-shirt with a custom Trujillos rag vest.

Over that, layer a coverall shirt made with indigo and navy block check fabric.

FRANK SHIRTS(50年代のヴィンテージのワークシャツを再現しました一枚）などにモンゴルの最高級の

カシミア100％でD.C.Whiteに別注しましたスモーキングジャケット（英国人が帰宅しまして晩飯前に書斎で

葉巻などを嗜む際に羽織るのがスモーキングジャケット）など羽織られるのも如何でしょう！

70年のデッドストックのベーカーパンツ生地でオーダーのスーツを作ってみました！

（当店でも人気のオーダースーツになりますね。今日みたいにタイドアップされても良しカジュアルに

T-SHやスウェットシャツなどに着用しても良しと色々な装いをお楽しみ頂けるスーツになりますね。）

This is something you don’t often see!

We made a custom suit using deadstock baker pants fabric from the 1970s!

(This is a popular custom suit in our shop. You can wear it tied up like today, or casually with a T-shirt or sweatshirt.

It’s a versatile suit that you can enjoy wearing in a variety of ways.)

The local Tokushima Suit Fair is also scheduled to be held next month, so if you’re interested, why not come and try making one yourself?

We’ve designed a vintage work shirt using light-weight hickory denim and two-tone indigo yarn.

We also recommend coordinating it with a rag vest, specially ordered from Trujillos!

(The yarn shop that produced the indigo yarn for this rag vest went out of business last year, and Carlos has informed us that this will be their last delivery of indigo vests!)

Trujillos自身、家内制手工業ですし、現在はカルロスのお姉ちゃんが機織りを一人で熟しまして、ベストの

縫製はパートさんが手掛けており、今まで以上に納品に時間が要するそうです。

ですから現在は、色々な国からオーダーは有るそうですが断っているのが現状だそうです。

此の状況から考察しまして、今後此の手合いのラグベストも希少とされ入手困難になる可能性大かと思います。

余談にはなりますが。

話は戻しましてと、

そして装いの要は何と言いましてもSuperduper Hatかと！

This hand-knitted fisherman’s sweater, made from 100% cashmere and custom-made for Trujillos, would also look great with a custom-made rug vest in NAVAJO stripe.

(Actually, because NAVAJO stripe takes much longer to weave than a regular rug vest, Carlos contacted me and asked me to make this a one-off.)

Trujillos itself is a home-based craftsmanship business, and Carlos’s sister currently weaves the looms herself, while the vests are sewn by a part-time worker. This means delivery times are longer than ever.

As a result, Trujillos is currently turning down orders from various countries.

Given this situation, I think it’s likely that rug vests of this type will become rare and difficult to obtain in the future.

But just a side note.

Getting back to the topic,

The key to this outfit is undoubtedly the Superduper Hat!
