有りそうで無いリブ仕立てのCPO僕の自信作になります！
今年の春にスウェット素材でベースボールジャンパー（スタジアムジャンパー）を企画しようと
ミーティングを行っていた時に、お襟や裾のリブを決めようとした際、
（こんなリブが有りますよ！）と見せられたのが何とシネ素材のリブでして、
（通常無地リブが殆どでシネ素材のリブは中々見た事が無かったので）
其のシネ素材のリブの色目に一目惚れしまして、そこから話は急展開！
僕的に、此のリブでCPO作ったらどうかな？と。
サンプルを作ってみました！
其の出来栄えが良かったので、今年の春物としてデビューさせて頂きます！
We were planning a baseball jumper (stadium jumper) made of sweat material for this spring.
During a meeting, as we were deciding on the ribbing for the collar and hem,
someone said, “We have this kind of ribbing!” and showed us a piece of cine ribbing.
(Most ribbing is usually solid, so I’d rarely seen cine ribbing.)
I fell in love with the color of the cine ribbing at first sight, and things took a turn from there!
I wondered what it would be like to make a CPO using this ribbing.
I made a sample!
The result was great, so we’ll be debuting it as part of this spring’s collection!

ANDERSEN-ANDERSENのPetroleumをワントーン薄くした雰囲気の色目になります。
The color has the same feel as ANDERSEN-ANDERSEN’s Petroleum, but one tone lighter.
勿論コットン100％になります。
リブ素材になりますので、通常の生地よりもフライスは度詰に織り上げる為、生地自身に重厚感が有り
生地自体のキックバックも強いのが特徴になります。
ですから通常の生地よりも生地値段は高価になる訳なんです。
僕の今までの人生経験でもリブで作られた洋服は見た事が無かったのでかなりのチャレンジでしたが
出来上がりは最高な一枚に仕上がっております。
通常のCPOは、ウールメルトンを使用しておりますが、ウールメルトンに劣らない質感が実現出来ております。
それでいて伸縮性もございますので実際に着てみますと、見た目はしっかりとしておりますが着心地は、
伸縮性などもございまして快適に羽織って頂けますね。
Of course, it’s 100% cotton.
Because it’s a ribbed material, the rib is woven more tightly than regular fabrics, giving the fabric a heavy feel.
The fabric also has a strong rebound.
This is why it’s more expensive than regular fabrics.
I’d never seen clothing made from rib in my life, so it was quite a challenge,
but the finished product is amazing.
Normally, CPO is made from wool melton, but this has a texture that’s just as good.
It’s also stretchy, so when you try it on, it looks sturdy but is very comfortable to wear.

お襟もCPOになりますので割と大きめなお襟なのですが、両手でお襟の中心をグッと押して頂きますと

それから此のボタンなんですが、何とデッドストックの水牛ボタンを1000個確保する事が昨年出来ましたので
今回のCPOに使用してみました！
デッドストックの水牛ボタンが綺麗なシネ素材の本体を見事に締めてくれております。
洋服の出来栄えとしても満点！を挙げたいと思います。
And speaking of these buttons, last year I was able to secure 1,000 deadstock buffalo buttons,
so I equipped this CPO with them!
The deadstock buffalo buttons beautifully fasten the beautiful cine material body.
I’d give the garment perfect marks for its finish!
勿論、お袖口のカフスも水牛ボタンの使用となります。
Of course, the cuffs are also made with buffalo buttons.
カフス裏は伸び留めの為に布帛を貼っております。
The inside of the cuffs has fabric attached to prevent stretching.
胸ポケットの裏にも同じ布帛を貼ってありますので、洗濯を繰り返してもフラップが草臥れる事はございません
The same fabric is also attached to the inside of the chest pocket, so the flap will not wear out even after repeated washing.
裾周りは一周テーピング処理を施しておりまして、裾の捻れなども防いでくれます。
さて、こちらの自信作胸を張って着熟しさせて頂きますね！
