M.I.D.A M65 FISHTAIL COAT

M.I.D.Aから1960年代後半からアメリカ軍に支給された、65年型極寒用野戦パーカー(M-65)を
モチーフにしたアウターが入荷して参りました。
M-65フィッシュテールは1965年から1971年の7年間の生産されたアイテムになります。
今回、M.I.D.AはこのM-65フィッシュテールをオリジナルスペックに近いシルエットに再現しながらも
M.I.D.Aらしいサイズ感を表現しております。
使用している生地はM.I.D.Aが得意とする放湿性と軽量感を持ち合わせたポリエステルナイロンクロスを
使用しております。
ディテールにも拘りZIPにはYKK社の『OLD AMERIACN』を使用し男臭さを演出しております。
また、パッカリングを出すためにヘムを包み込むような縫製をおこなうこよによって演出しております。
お色もシンプルなオリーブグリーンで熱で組織を緩ませ特殊な薬品で染めをおこなう『キャリア染め』で
独特な発色を演出しております。
サイズ感もオリジナルの逆三角形シルエットではなく、少しリラックス感あるシルエットですが
ウエスト部分にドローコードが付き絞って頂くとスッキリした感じでも着用して頂けます。
着熟方もカジュアルにサッと羽織って頂けますし、ジャケットや70505などの上から羽織って頂いても
ツッパリ感なく着用して頂けます。
首元も立ち襟でスッキリさせたM.I.D.AのM65 FISHTAIL COATになります。

M.I.D.A. has just brought in a new outerwear item based on the '65 extreme cold-weather field parka (M-65), which was issued to the U.S. military from the late 1960s.

The fabric used is polyester nylon cloth, which has both lightweight and moisture-wicking properties, M.I.D.A.'s forte.
The details of the zip are also particular, using YKK's “OLD AMERIACN” to give it a masculine look.

The color is a simple olive green, and a unique coloring is produced by “carrier dyeing” in which the tissue is loosened by heat and dyed with special chemicals.
