Vintage Ox Ford BD shirtsが入荷して参りました。
生地は昔古くからある力織機で丁寧に織られたオックスフォード生地になり
糸も40番単子糸と20番双糸の縦横で仕上がることによってヴィンテージライクな生地となります。
そして、その生地に軽い洗い加工を施すことによって適度なハリと柔らかい質感に仕上げており
着込む程に経年変化を楽しんで頂ける生地となります。
ディテールも袖から脇またアームホールを折り伏せ縫いにする事によって上品な雰囲気を演出しております。
縫い代も3mmと言う非常に細い縫い代で工場の高い技術力があるからこそ出来るディテールとなります。
台衿とカフス部分のボタン付けはボタンの掛け外しがしやすい様に根巻仕様の気の利いたボタン留めになります。
また、ガゼットも最近のシャツは見せかけのガゼットが多い中、こちらのシャツは前身と後身を別々に裾巻きを行い
そこから脇を合わせて行き脇裾に裁ち切りが発生するのでガゼットで補強を行う本来のガゼットとなります。
見た目はベーシックな作りになりますが奥が深く色んな場所に拘りが詰まった1枚になります。
