VINTAGE OXFORDで企画しましたBDシャツになります。
This is a polo color shirt designed by VINTAGE OXFORD.
さてVINTAGE OXFORDとは？
着用されました時に生地の質感などは一番感じますよね。
40番単糸の縦糸と20番双糸の緯糸でシャトル編み機で織り上げましたオックスフォードは、肉厚ながらも
肌には柔らかくて素肌での着用も心地良いですね。
So what is VINTAGE OXFORD?
You really feel the texture of the fabric when you wear it.
The Oxford is woven on a shuttle knitting machine with a 40-count single-ply warp thread and a 20-count double-ply weft thread, and although it is thick,
it is soft against the skin and comfortable to wear next to bare skin.

ご覧の通りに綺麗なロール感を表現して頂けますね。
お襟の芯地もスーパーソフトを採用しておりますので、首にも優しい着心地を実現しております。
カフスの芯地も同様ですので、男臭いお袖捲りの際にも、捲り易い仕様となっております。
此の様に生地もさることながら縫製自身も、実店舗のオーダーシャツの工場で縫製しておりますので
色々なギミックが詰まった一枚となっております。
As you can see, it has a beautiful roll.
The collar interlining is also super soft, making it comfortable and gentle on the neck.
The cuff interlining is the same, making it easy to roll up your sleeves for that masculine look.
Not only is the fabric amazing, but the sewing itself is done in a brick-and-mortar factory that makes made-to-order shirts,
so it’s a piece packed with all kinds of gimmicks.
お袖付や脇縫いなども3mm幅の折伏せ縫いになります。
巻き縫いは一度の縫い上げで大丈夫ですから大量生産には向いているのですが、ドレスシャツの場合は
地縫いと伏せ縫いと二段階の工程を経て縫い上げますので手間も掛かるのですが上質な仕上がりと長年の
相棒関係を築いて頂ける縫製になります。
Sleeves and side seams are also made with a 3mm wide folded seam.
A rolled seam is suitable for mass production because it can be sewn in one go, but in the case of dress shirts,
it is sewn in two stages, with a plain stitch and a felled stitch, so it takes time, but it is a sewing technique that will give you a high-quality finish and a long-lasting
combination.
背中のヨーク中央にはアメトラ王道のセンターボックスプリーツを施しております。
The center of the back yoke features a center box pleat, a classic American style.
人間の動きは前に動く事が殆どになりますので、此のセンターボックスプリーツが開く事に依まして
可動域も高めてくれますね。
機能美になりますね。
これも又細やかな配慮の表れなのですが、
Human movement is mostly forward, so by opening up these center box pleats,
the range of motion is increased.
This is also a sign of careful consideration,
台襟のボタンは手縫いで根巻きされておりますので、開閉も楽に行う事が可能となります。
The buttons on the collar are hand-sewn and wrapped around the base, making them easy to open and close.
カフスのボタンも同様な手縫いになります。
The cuff buttons are also hand sewn in the same way.
そして飾りでは無い脇マチ！
昨今は飾りで付けているシャツも多いのですが、ドレス工場の縫製では前身頃と後ろ身頃を別々に縫製しまして
最後に脇を縫い上げますので脇裾が断ち切りになりますので、この脇マチが必要となってくる訳なんです。
こんな感じで素材から縫製に至るまで拘りに拘り抜きました一枚に成ります！
これも偏にシャツ工場さんの手抜きの無い協力のお陰で成し得る事が出来ました。
後は、僕達が其のシャツを如何に格好良く着てあげるかが一番大事ですよね！
And the side gussets aren’t just for decoration!
Nowadays, many shirts have side gussets attached as decoration, but when sewing at a dress factory, the front and back are sewn separately,
and the sides are sewn up last, so the side hems are cut off, which is why the side gussets are necessary.
So this is a shirt that was made with the utmost attention to detail, from the material to the sewing!
This was only possible thanks to the tireless cooperation of the shirt factory.
After that, the most important thing is how we can make the shirt look stylish when worn!

オックスフォードならではの男臭い皺感も演出されております。
製品完成後に水洗い加工を施しておりますので、皺もエエ雰囲気に演出されておりますし、
着用後、御家庭の洗濯機で丸洗いされましてもサイズの変更はございません。
洗濯の際にお襟のボタンは外して洗濯するのをお勧めします。洗濯機の中でシャツが回される際、襟も引っ張られ
ますから、襟のボタンが外れてしまう事が多々ありますので。
How about that! Do you get it? This manly atmosphere!
It also has the manly wrinkled look that only Oxford can give.
The product is washed in water after completion, so the wrinkles look good,
and the size will not change even if you wash it in your home washing machine after wearing it.
We recommend removing the collar buttons before washing. When the shirt is spun in the washing machine, the collar is pulled,
so the collar buttons often come off.
