This vintage Oxford fabric was slowly woven on an old power loom using 40-count single yarn and 20-count double yarn in both warp and weft directions.
It is thick, but has a unique softness to the material.

製品完成後に水洗い加工も施しておりますので、ご家庭の洗濯機で丸洗い為されてもサイズ変更などは
ございません。
When you wear it, you will experience a unique, warm and comfortable fit.
The product is also washed after completion, so there will be no change in size even if you wash it in your home washing machine.
このお襟のロール感で柔らかさもご理解して頂けると思います。
お襟にはスーパーソフトと云う芯を使用しておりまして、水洗いを掛けますとフラシ芯みたいに変化を遂げまして
此の様なロール感を実現しております。
You can see how soft the collar is by the rolled feel.
The collar is made with a super soft core, which changes when washed in water to become like a plush core
which gives it this rolled feel.
脇やお袖なども此の様に3mm幅の折伏せ縫いで仕上げております。

此のガゼットも昨今は飾りで装着しているシャツも多いのですが、前身頃と後ろ身頃を別々に裾を巻き縫いして
最後に脇を縫い合わせるので脇裾が断ち切りになるので、此のガゼットが必要不可欠なんです。

The tough vintage Oxford fabric is sewn with a folded seam,
resulting in a BD shirt that mixes wildness and elegance.
These days, many shirts have this gusset as a decoration, but the front and back of the shirt are rolled and sewn separately
and the sides are finally sewn together, so the side hems are cut off, and so this gusset is essential.
