スタンダードな商品に一番必要不可欠なのが素材感だと思うのです。

シンプルな洋服は数あれど、良い服は、着られる御本人の心を揺さぶり見た目的にも

普通なのに何故か？あの人って素敵と思わせる洋服の力もございますね。

そう言う所を、押さえるのが上手いのがイタリア人ですよね。

洋服の歴史の違いやルネッサンス文化のせいでしょうか！

僕も常々魅了されております。

日本のファッションスナップなどでは、誇張されたスタイルの方が多く取り上げられておりますが、

実際、Pitti uomoやミラノやローマそしてフィレンツェの街中でもスタンダードなトラディッショナルな

装いをされている素敵な御仁も多いです。

シンプル過ぎてファッション誌などでは面白く無いので、取り上げ無いのかもしれませんね。

そう言う着熟しを最、提案されると西洋に僕達も少しでも近づけるのにと常々思っております。

基本的にメンズスタイルってモードかトラッドの二択かと思うのです。

アメトラなどもトラッドの一つの定義だと思いますし、世界中にトラッドな装いはあると思います。

フランスならラコステの1212やJMWestonやPARABOOTそして米国ならトップサイダーにリーバイスに

中西部ならウェスタンブーツのRIOSなどと。

そんな世界中のトラディッショナルな逸品達をセレクトしまして提案するのがセレクトショップの役割かと

思うのです。

勿論、老舗の底力で素晴らしいブランドもございますし、若いブランドですが、感度の良いブランドも

有って其れをセレクトする楽しみが僕達バイヤーの仕事だと思います。

本日、ご紹介のニットブランドGRANSASSOもそんなブランドの一つかと思いますね。

イタリア最大手のニットブランドだけあって糸の研究所なども併設されており、毎年新しい糸の開発を

行っておりまして新鮮なニットを提案してくれております。

目を見張るデザインなどはあまり無いのですが、スタンダードな中にも色目や新しい素材開発で心を

揺さぶられますね。

I’d say it hits the spot!

GRANSASSO! is good at stirring up the fantasies of fashion lovers with its standard texture and color, making them think, “That’s it!”

I think the most essential thing for a standard product is the texture of the material.

There are many simple clothes, but good clothes have the power to move the wearer’s heart and make them look ordinary, but somehow? That person is wonderful.

Italians are good at capturing that kind of thing.

I wonder if it’s because of the difference in the history of clothes and the Renaissance culture!

I’ve always been fascinated by it.

In Japanese fashion snaps, exaggerated styles are often featured, but in fact, there are many wonderful people who wear standard traditional styles at Pitti Uomo, Milan, Rome, and the streets of Florence.

It may be that they are not featured in fashion magazines because they are too simple and not interesting. I always think that if we could get more mature like that, we could get a little closer to the West.

Basically, I think that men’s style can be either mode or traditional.

I think that American traditional is one definition of traditional, and I think there are traditional outfits all over the world.

In France, Lacoste’s 1212, JM Weston, and PARABOOT, and in the United States, Top-Sider and Levi’s, and in the Midwest, Western boots like RIOS.

I think the role of a select shop is to select and propose such traditional masterpieces from all over the world.

Of course, there are great brands that are long-established and have the strength of their roots, and there are also young brands that are sensitive, and I think the job of us buyers is to enjoy selecting them.

I think that the knit brand GRANSASSO that I will introduce today is one of those brands.

As one of the largest knit brands in Italy, it also has a yarn research lab and develops new yarns every year, so it proposes fresh knitwear.

There aren’t many eye-catching designs, but even though they are standard, the colors and new material developments are sure to move your heart.

半袖のリンガーT-SHを連想させてくれる半袖ニットが入っております。

裾リブになりますので、腰位置で収まります。

The hem is ribbed so it sits at the waist.

エエ雰囲気のお色になります。

And the ribbing on the collar is a faded black, so you could say it’s an inky black!

It’s a really nice color.

これがブラックになりますと、きつ過ぎて違和感を感じさせてしまうと思うのです。

これがセンスなのかもしれませんね。

If this were black, I think it would be too harsh and would feel unnatural.

Maybe this is a matter of taste.

お袖のリブは同色となります。

お襟のみのアクセントになりますので、リンガーTーSHほどのアメリカ臭さもございませんね。

The ribbing on the sleeves is the same color.

It’s only accented on the collar, so it doesn’t have as much of an American feel as the Ringer T-Shirt.

僕のお気に入りスウェットにLAのGYPSYさんが作ってくれました60年代の半袖スウェットがあるのですが、

One of my favorite sweatshirts is a short-sleeved sweatshirt from the 60s made by GYPSY in LA.

ヴィンテージの場合、気に入っても着丈が短くて横幅の広い物が多くて、此のスウェットみたいに

バッチリサイズ感が合うのは奇跡的なんです。

そこで、1年前からfelcoにヴィンテージのスウェット数枚持ち込みまして、スウェット本体から工場で

作って頂きました。

その後、染色しましてヴィンテージと近いお色まで近づける事が出来ました。

プリントもラバープリントでヴィンテージみたいなクラックも演出しております。

1年掛かりでやっと完成に漕ぎ着けましたので東京フェアーに持参させて頂きます。

先ず色目そして手触り其れから着心地なども是非体感してみて下さい。

With vintage items, even if you like them, they are often short in length and wide in width, so it’s miraculous when they fit perfectly like this sweatshirt.

So, a year ago, I brought several vintage sweatshirts to felco and had them made in a factory.

After that, we dyed them and were able to get a color close to the vintage ones.

The print is also rubber printed, which creates a vintage-like crack.

It took a year to finally finish it, so we will be bringing it to the Tokyo Fair.

スタイル自身も60年代の意匠デザインを盛り込みましてハイクルーで脇にはガゼットも装備しております。
