Introducing a rare gem!
10オンスのヒッコリーデニムを使用しましてBDシャツを企画してみました！
かなり男臭い雰囲気の漂う一枚になりまして通常ならワークシャツなど企画されると思いますが、そこは
ボーイズマーケットらしくBDシャツで作り込みました！
We’ve designed a BD shirt using 10oz hickory denim!
It has a very masculine feel, and while it would normally be designed as a work shirt,
we’ve made it a BD shirt to suit the boys’ market!
此の様な風貌になります！
ネイビーがベースになりますので着用及びお洗濯の繰り返しに天日干しなどで素敵な経年変化を味わって
頂けると思いますね。
This is what it will look like!
It’s based on navy, so I think it will age beautifully with repeated wear and washing, and drying in the sun.
6ボタンになりますので第一ボタンのみ開けて頂きますと丁度良い塩梅の開き加減もお楽しみ頂けますね。
It has six buttons, so if you open only the first button you can enjoy the perfect amount of opening.
こんな感じでカジュアルに着用されるにはベストな開き加減かと！
後でタイドアップの画像もお見せ致しますが、ネクタイなどで演出されるのも素敵ですね！

お襟にはスーパーソフトの芯を採用しておりますので、此の様な綺麗なロール感もお楽しみ頂けますね！
こちらの素材が10オンスのデニムになりますので着用後に両手でお襟をクルッとロールして頂きますとより
素敵なロール感も表現して頂けますよ！
The collar is made with a super soft core, so you can enjoy this beautiful roll!
This material is 10oz denim, so if you roll the collar with both hands after putting it on, you can create an even more beautiful roll!
僕はいつもBDシャツを着る際には必ず行っているテクニックです。
それから洗濯されて天日干しされる際に、ハンガーに掛けた後、お襟をクルッとロールさせまして前立てを
両手でスッと伸ばして干して頂きますと、乾燥後にお襟もロールしており前立ては自然な雰囲気で
アイロン掛けしなくてもそのまま着用して頂けますよ！
This is a technique I always use whenever I wear a BD shirt.
Then, after washing and hanging it up in the sun, roll up the collar and stretch out the placket.
Stretch it out with both hands and hang it up. After it dries, the collar will be rolled and the placket will have a natural look.
You can wear it as is without ironing!
お襟の第一ボタンは職人さんの手に依ります根巻きが為されておりましてスッとボタン留めを行って頂けます。
The first button on the collar has been hand wrapped by a craftsman, allowing you to button it up easily.
カフスも同様に根巻きされており、どちらも掛け難い箇所への細かな配慮が為されておりますね。

脇裾のガゼット！
これなら色々なシャツにも付いているのでは？
そうなんです最近は演出のみで付けているシャツも多数出回っておりますが、
此のガゼットには大きな意味合いがございまして
こちらの工場さんではシャツの前身頃と後身頃を別々に縫製しまして最後に脇を縫い合わせる為、脇裾部分が
断ち切りとなるので此のガゼットが必要不可欠になるのです。
最近のシャツの縫製は裾を一気に縫い上げる為、断ち切り部分が存在しないので付ける必要性が無いのですが
イミテーションで付けるシャツも多いのが実情です。
Gussets at the side hems!
You see these on a lot of shirts, don’t you?
That’s right. While there are many shirts out there these days that have them just for show,
these gussets actually have a significant meaning.
At this factory, the front and back of the shirt are sewn separately and the sides are sewn together last, so the side hems
are raw, making these gussets essential.
Since shirts these days are sewn all at once, there’s no raw edge, so there’s no need for them.
However, many imitation shirts still have them.
