お正月休みの妄想のおかずに如何でしょう！
明けましておめでとうございます。
元旦と二日はお休みとさせて頂きました。
僕的には年中無休でも問題は無いのですが、
（好きな事を生業にしておりますので）
女将や丁稚などは、年始くらいゆっくりしたい！との事ですので
本日からの営業となりました。
やはり年末年始は、ジーパンをお買い求めに来られる方が多いですね。
2026年を新しいジーパンで迎えたいのかもしれませんね。
僕も開店早々、RESOLUTEの接客を！
接客中も大好きな車などのお話に花も咲きまして楽しい時間を過ごさせて頂いております。
さて年初めは、
Happy New Year.
We will be closed on New Year’s Day and the 2nd.
Personally, I wouldn’t have a problem with being open all year round,
(Because we do what we love for a living)
The proprietress and apprentices said they would like to take it easy at the beginning of the year,
So we are open from today.
As expected, many people come to buy jeans around the New Year’s holiday.
Perhaps they want to welcome 2026 in new jeans.
As soon as we opened, I was serving customers at RESOLUTE!
While serving customers, we had a great time chatting about our favorite cars and other things.
So, at the beginning of the year,
ボーイズの企画物から始めさせて頂きますね。
Let’s start with the boys’ projects.
僕の持参するヴィンテージのスウェットを工場さんに持ち込み素材から企画しました
ボーイズ別注60年代ヴィンテージスウェット！
新品時から非常に柔らかくて着心地も最高ですね。
I brought my own vintage sweatshirts to a factory and they designed them from scratch.
A specially ordered boys’ 60s vintage sweatshirt!
It’s incredibly soft and comfortable even when new.
ネイビーボディーにイエローのラバープリントが効きました一枚！
勿論、ユーズド風のプリントになります。
こちらのプリントはLAのマリブにございますペパーダインユニバーシティー（ペパーダイン大学）
のプリントを載せさせて頂きました。
高校卒業後に僕の友人が、此の大学に留学しまして、
（遊びにおいでよ！）と誘われまして初渡米！
未だ其の当時直行便が無くてhawaii経由でLAに！
LAXに降り立ちますと、友人がTRANSAMの其れもFIREBIRDでお出迎え。
PCHからLINCOLN Bldへそして友人の住居へ！
何とVenice beachの真前の一戸建てが並ぶ其の一つ、電動の地下駐車場にも感動。
そして2階建ての物件を贅沢にもロフト仕様にしました一戸建てでおまけにプール付き
感動の連続でしたね。
友人の通うペパーダインにも同行させてもらい日本の大学と大きな違いにこれ又仰天！
そんなペパーダインをプリントさせてもらいました！
This piece features a navy body with a yellow rubber print!
Of course, it has a distressed look.
This print is from Pepperdine University, located in Malibu, LA.
I’ve included a print of it here.
After graduating from high school, a friend of mine studied abroad at this university,
and he invited me to come visit, so I made my first trip to the US!
There weren’t any direct flights back then, so I went to LA via Hawaii!
When I landed at LAX, my friend greeted me in a Firebird Transam.
We took PCH to Lincoln Blvd and then to my friend’s house!
I was amazed by the electric underground parking garage in one of the row of detached houses right in front of Venice Beach.
And it was a two-story property with a luxurious loft and a pool.
It was a constant source of excitement.
I also accompanied my friend to Pepperdine, where he attends, and was once again amazed at how different it is from Japanese universities!
I printed out some photos of Pepperdine!

勿論、機能性重視のラグランスリーブの採用となります。
Of course, it features raglan sleeves for functionality.

おそらくですが、米国のハイスクール物かと思います。
フォントなどの雰囲気が良かったので採用させて頂きました！
This print was also taken from a vintage sweatshirt that I brought with me!
I think it’s probably from an American high school.
I liked the atmosphere of the font and other elements, so I decided to use it!
ナチュラルホワイトボディー（真っ白じゃ無くてオフホワイト）になります。
プリントはネイビーのラバープリントの採用になります。
The body is natural white (not pure white, but off-white).
The print is navy rubber print.
着用されますと、こんな雰囲気になります。
When worn, it creates this kind of atmosphere.
こちらも生地から企画しましたボーイズ別注コットンフランネルジャケットなどにCRESCENT DOWN WORKS
に別注しておりますNBNWなど如何でしょう！
We also designed this boys’ custom cotton flannel jacket from scratch, and we’ve made it to CRESCENT DOWN WORKS.

パンツは、グレーのコットンピケ素材で企画しましたボーイズ別注ピケトラウザーズなど如何でしょう！
足元、まるでデッドストックのスニーカーの様なラストのMr.Fliksなどお勧めですね。
For pants, how about a pair of specially ordered boys’ pique trousers made from grey cotton pique material?
For feet, we recommend Mr. Fliks sneakers with a last that looks like deadstock sneakers.
こちらはもうワンカラー企画させて頂きました！
これも僕の持参するサックスブルーのヴィンテージスウェットのお色を参考に作ってみました。
This one is already planned in one color!
I made this based on the color of a sax blue vintage sweatshirt I brought with me.
こちらが実際のお色に近いお色目ですね。
This is closer to the actual color.
裏毛仕様なので初夏まで愛用して頂けると思いますね。
バミューダショーツなどコーディネィトされるのも素敵ですよね。
It’s made with fleece, so you can wear it right through to early summer.
It would also look great coordinated with Bermuda shorts.
裾にはボーイズのアイコンも鎮座しております。
There is also a boys’ icon on the hem.
コットンリネンのブロックチェック生地で企画しましたカバーオールジャケットなどにも相性抜群かと！
It is designed with a cotton linen block check fabric and would go great with a coverall jacket!

For this kind of outfit, we recommend the boys’ special edition baker pants, made with deadstock military cloth.

意外とブラウンボディーのスウェットシャツってお目に掛からないのでは無いでしょうか！

胸には実在しないMALIBU大学のプリントを載せてみました！
アメリカンジョークになります。
米国に着ていかれても誰も知らないので大丈夫ですね。笑
I put a print of the non-existent University of MALIBU on the chest!
It’s an American joke.
It’ll be fine even if you wear it to the US, because no one will know. Lol
お襟もヴィンテージライクなハイクルーを採用しております。
The collar is also a vintage-style high crew neck.
お袖付け部分にはヴィンテージ感溢れますマチを採用しております。
意外と新品で此の手合いの60年代ライクなスウェットシャツって存在しないかと思います。
僕自身、着易くて此の年代のスウェットシャツが大好きなので企画してみました。
日々お使いになられるには本当に着易いスウェットシャツかと思います。
The sleeves have gussets that give them a vintage feel.
Surprisingly, it’s rare to find a brand new 60s-style sweatshirt of this quality.
I personally love sweatshirts from this era because they’re easy to wear, so I decided to design this one.
I think this is a really comfortable sweatshirt for everyday use.
ヴィンテージのジャングルファティーグなどにコーディネィト為さるのもお勧めですね！
