CRESCENT DOWN WORKSのAnnieさんから、
（ParisのA MANに出展してますから是非お越し下さい！）と連絡がありましたので
Parisでウェルカムエディションの後、A MANのショーにもトレジャーハンティングしてきました。
Annie from CRESCENT DOWN WORKS contacted me and said,
(We’re exhibiting at A MAN in Paris, so please come and visit!)
So after the Welcome Edition in Paris, I went treasure hunting at the A MAN show.
早速、CRESCENT DOWN WORKSのブースへ。
We immediately headed to the CRESCENT DOWN WORKS booth.
先ずはコレクションをじっくりと拝見させて頂きました。
其の後は、

今回、別注しておりますコットンツィードのスカイライナーの納期の確認など行いまして、いよいよ本題に！
こちらは来年の企画とは成るのですが、

僕の必需品とも云えますノースバイノースウエストを新しい素材で別注しようと思いましてミーティングに
臨んだ次第なんです。
実は10年前に一度企画しましたリバーシブル仕様で作ってみようかと。
10年前は異素材の組み合わせで作ったのですが、今回は同じ素材の色違いでと思いまして。
先ずは素材に似合う
I came to this meeting with the idea of custom-ordering North by Northwest, a staple of mine, in a new material.
Actually, I was thinking of making a reversible design, something I had planned 10 years ago.
Ten years ago, I made it using a combination of different materials, but this time I wanted to make it using the same material in different colors.
First, I wanted to find a design that would go well with the material.
ジッパーを選びましてと。
I chose the zipper.
素材はリーバイスコーデュロィで有名な14ウェルズのコーデュロィで企画します！
（此のコーデュロィ素材もLAの生地マーチャントで見つけました米国製コーデュロィになります）
片面が此の綺麗な発色のイエローでもう片面は定番ネイビーのリバーシブルになります。
僕が秋冬それから春先に着たい！と思いまして。
又、サンプルが出来上がりましたら改めてご紹介させて頂きますね。

The material will be 14-Welt corduroy, the same material that makes Levi’s corduroy so famous!
(This corduroy material is also made in the USA and I found it at a fabric merchant in LA.)
It’s reversible, with one side in this beautiful yellow and the other in classic navy.
I’d love to wear it in the fall, winter, and early spring!
I’ll introduce it again once the sample is ready.
I think it’s a piece that will look great from the city to the beach!
追伸
（Parisは寒いで！零下みたいやで！）と林さんから連絡を頂いておりましたので
これしかない！と。
Hayashi-san had contacted me and said, “It’s cold in Paris! It feels like below zero!”
So I thought, “This is the only option!”
アラスカパーカーを持参しておりました！
思ったほど寒くは無かったですが、これ一枚ございますと本当に重宝しますよ！
ParisのA MANにもManifattura ceccarelliは出展しておりましてCRESCENT DOWN WORKSに行く前に
お立ち寄りしました！
ジュリアーノ氏もアラスカパーカーに感激してくれまして再度記念写真を！
此の日は、ボーイズ別注サーマルT-SHにTrujillosのラグベストそしてRESOLUTE711と言う出立ちでした！
足元はPARABOOTのオイルヌバックのミカエルが気分かなと！
こんな感じのヨーロッパな目線のアメトラスタイルにもアラスカパーカーは良くお似合いになりますよ！
今月末が予約の締め切りとなっております。
アッ！忙しくて予約し忘れた！って事の無いよう。

I brought my Alaska Parka with me!
It wasn’t as cold as I thought it would be, but it’s really useful to have one!
Manifattura Ceccarelli also had an exhibit at A MAN in Paris, so I stopped by before going to CRESCENT DOWN WORKS!
Giuliano was also impressed with the Alaska Parka, so we took another commemorative photo!
On the day, I wore a boys’ special edition thermal T-shirt, a Trujillos rug vest, and RESOLUTE 711!
For my feet, I was feeling like wearing PARABOOT’s oil nubuck Michael boots!
The Alaska Parka would also go great with this kind of European-inspired Americana style!
