こちらはヴィンテージのフレッドハービー物では無く現代のネイティブの作家物になります。
Ralph Bia Jr.はシルバーの板を2枚重ねてデザインを切り抜く『オーバーレイ技法』を得意としており
精妙なカットワークに奥行きのある仕上げが特徴的になります。
This piece is not a vintage Fred Harvey era item, but rather a contemporary work by a Native American artist.
Ralph Bia Jr. specializes in the “overlay technique”—which involves layering two sheets of silver and cutting out a design—and is known for his intricate cutwork and finishes that create a sense of depth.
作品もナバホ族の伝統的なモチーフを現代的なスタイルに変化させ表現されているバングルになります。
これからの夏場は薄着になりますので、時計やジュエリーなどが銘脇役として重宝されると思うのです。
