敬遠される方もいらっしゃいますが、実は一番便利なお色なんです。
それはオフホワイト！
僕の大好物なお色になります。
かつらぎの518（即ちWhite Levisですね）それからウェスターナなどとオフホワイトベースのパンツは
本当に重宝致しますね。
本日、ご紹介させて頂きますパンツも御多分に洩れずOFF WHITEになります。
それは何かと申しますと、
Some people tend to shy away from this color, but it’s actually the most versatile one of all.
I’m talking about off-white!
It’s one of my personal favorites.
Off-white trousers—like the “518” in katsuragi (essentially the white version of Levi’s) or the “Westerner”—are incredibly useful to have in your wardrobe.
The pair I’d like to introduce today is, as you might have guessed, off-white.
So, what exactly are they?
頑なにイタリア生産に拘るBerwichのトラウザーズになります。
イタリア生産に拘るのは、僕が思うには社長の目が届くからではないでしょうか！
物作りの場合、大将や社長が現場で居てるのと居てないのでは緊張感にかなり差が出ると思います。
飲食店を数件、展開している友人が居てるのですが、いつも口を開けたら
（津保ちゃん！現場に俺が居るのと居ないのでは緊張感がちゃうねん！）と。
年中無休で、其の数件の飲食店を日替わりで回っているのです。
其の彼が、ある日病気に成りまして緊急手術を受ける事に！
しかも術後の次の日が新店舗の開店日！
其の彼は、手術の翌日に何とサラシを巻きまして病院から抜け出しまして、新店に向かいまして
無事、最後のお客様まで送り出したそうです。
其の後、スタッフが、
（社長！お腹が！）と。
何とコック服に真っ赤な染みが浮かび上がっていたそうです。
そりゃそうですよね！
手術の縫い目が切れていたそうです。
其の夜中に再度、入院！そして緊急で再度縫い合わせたそうです。
彼は、
（やっぱりオーナーシェフじゃなきゃあかんよ！）と。
其の当時は7件だったお店も今や数十件に！
今でも全てのお店を回っているそうです。
現場にオーナーが居てるのといてないのでは全く違うって事なのでしょうね！
又、余談には成りましたが。
本題に面舵一杯と！
These trousers are from Berwich, a brand that remains steadfastly committed to Italian production.
I suspect the reason for this insistence on Italian manufacturing is that it allows the company president to keep a close eye on operations.
In any kind of production, the presence—or absence—of the person in charge, whether it’s a boss or a president, makes a world of difference in terms of the level of focus and tension on the floor.
I have a friend who runs several restaurants, and he’s always saying:
“Tsubo-chan! The atmosphere is completely different depending on whether I’m there on-site or not!”
He works seven days a week, rotating through his various locations day by day.
Well, one day, he fell ill and had to undergo emergency surgery.
As it happened, the day after his surgery was the grand opening of a new location!
Believe it or not, the very next day, he wrapped his torso in a sarashi (traditional cotton bandage), snuck out of the hospital, headed to the new restaurant, and stayed until the very last customer had left.
Afterward, one of his staff members noticed something:
“Boss! Your stomach!”
A bright red stain had seeped through his chef’s uniform.
Well, of course it had!
The surgical stitches had come undone.
He ended up back in the hospital that same night for an emergency procedure to have everything stitched up again.
He remarked:
“You really have to be an owner-chef to make it work!”
Back then, he had seven restaurants; now, he has dozens!
And to this day, he still makes his rounds to every single one of them.
It just goes to show—having the owner present on-site makes all the difference in the world!
Anyway, that’s a bit of a digression.
Now, let’s steer back to the main topic!

2プリーツで腰回りや太腿周りにはゆとりを持たせ膝から裾に掛けてテーパードさせましたクラシックなフォルムの
パンツになります。
ウエストの持ち出しも長くサルトリア風の出立のパンツとなります。
These trousers feature a classic silhouette, designed with double pleats that provide extra room around the waist and thighs, while tapering from the knee down to the hem.
They also incorporate an extended waistband tab, lending them a refined, sartorial aesthetic.
ボタン留めもBerwichのWで留められております。
The button fastening also features Berwich’s signature ‘W’ design.

此の様に後ろ中心が高くなるビスポーク仕立てとなっておりますね。
As you can see, this is a bespoke garment, designed with a higher back center.

さて、穿いてみますと、
The zipper is also an original design.
Now, let’s try them on.
腿周りはゆったりとしておりますが、パンツ自身が後に流れる仕立てになりますので割と見た目的には
スッキリとしたシルエットを描いております。
It’s loose around the thighs, but the pants themselves flow backwards, so it’s not quite as visually appealing.
It depicts a clean silhouette.
サイドから見て頂きますと腿周りにはかなりゆとりを持たせているのがお分かりになって頂けると思います。
If you look from the side, you can see that there is plenty of room around the thighs.
冬場にはIRON&RESINのおおよそ15オンスございますワックスコットンにインナーにはサーモがそして裏地には
フリースが貼られましたNautilus jacketなどにコーディネィトされるのもお勧めですね。
