此のスプーナークロスと呼ばれております素材が、肌にくっ付かず爽やかな着心地を提供してくれるのです。
綿100％じゃなくてポリエステル混紡ですから素材自身にも張り腰があってベタつかずこれからの湿度の高い暑さには
ピッタリなアイテムかと思います。

阿波踊りの時期などは、夜に成りましても暑さは充分ございましておまけに湿度も高くT-SHなどですと肌にべったり

(I only wear shirts in the summer!) A customer said this the other day, and in strong Awa dialect.
Given the recent heatwaves in Japan, that’s understandable.
You don’t even need to go to Hawaii; the climate here is similar, and perhaps Hawaii is even more comfortable because of the breeze.
Most locals in tropical Hawaii wear this type of shirt.
(There are other Aloha shirts with this reversed fabric besides Reyn Spooner.)
However, Reyn Spooner is overwhelmingly more popular.
This material, called Spooner Cloth, doesn’t stick to the skin and provides a refreshing feel.
It’s not 100% cotton, but a polyester blend, so the material itself has a nice crispness and doesn’t feel sticky, making it perfect for the humid heat of the coming summer.
I think it’s a perfect item.
It’s perfect for summer fireworks displays and Awa Odori festivals.
During the Awa Odori season, it’s still quite hot even at night, and the humidity is high, so T-shirts will stick to your skin.
Therefore, a yukata or Reynspooner is recommended.
Imagine your lovely girlfriend wearing a yukata, and you wearing a Reynspooner, and having a reservation at a teppanyaki restaurant in the evening.
We’d enjoy chilled white wine with asparagus and bacon à la carte, then a sirloin steak,
