アメトラ好きさんからイタリア物好きさんまで魅了しているのが今インディアンジュエリーなんです。
Trujillosのラグベストなどもそうなのですが、今までお手持ちのウェアーに取り入れてあげるだけで

今日は、丁稚がニューメキシコで買付してきましたリングをご紹介させて頂きますね。

For today, though, I’d like to introduce some rings that our junior staff member sourced during a buying trip to New Mexico.
925シルバーのリングにターコイズが鎮座する代表的なモデルになります。
作者はMary Yazzie Lincolnになります。
Yazzieファミリーの一員で兄のLee Yazzieから銀細工を伝授された彼女もシルバースミスのトップアーティスト
として現在活躍されております。
シンプルなスタンプワークにターコイズ使いが彼女の御家芸だそうです。
This is a signature model featuring a piece of turquoise set atop a 925 silver ring.
It was created by Mary Yazzie Lincoln.
A member of the renowned Yazzie family, she learned silversmithing from her older brother, Lee Yazzie, and is currently active as a top-tier silversmith in her own right.
She is known for her signature style, which combines simple stamp work with the use of turquoise.
こんな感じで至ってシンプルなスタンプワークなのですが、手彫りの温もりを感じさせられるデザインになります。
何でもそうなんですが、実はシンプルなデザインほど難しいのです。
でも本物のデザインはタイムレスにいつの時代になろうと色褪せないのが本物の証だと思うのです。
友人の建築家が、
（作品は後世まで残るので妥協する仕事は受けない。何故なら自分を表現しているから。）とか
気サーフボードの櫛本さんが、
（本物はいつになっても色褪せない！）と仰っておりますので。
彼ら二人共
（シンプルなデザインほど難しい、下手なデザインは要らない、機能美が美しい！）と常々仰っております。
結局タイムレスなデザインだけが生き残るのでしょうね。
建築も車も洋服もサーフボードも皆同じなのでしょうね。
The stamp work is quite simple, as you can see, yet the design evokes the warmth of hand-carving.
As is often the case with anything, the simplest designs are actually the most difficult to execute.
I believe that a hallmark of a truly authentic design is its timelessness—it never loses its appeal, no matter the era.
An architect friend of mine once said,
“My work will endure for future generations, so I won’t accept jobs that require compromise. After all, the work is an expression of myself.”
And Mr. Kushimoto of Ki Surfboards has said,
“The real thing never fades with time!”
Both of them frequently say things like,
“The simpler the design, the harder it is; there’s no place for poor design; functional beauty is true beauty!”
Ultimately, it seems that only timeless designs stand the test of time.
Whether it’s architecture, cars, clothing, or surfboards—the same principle applies to them all.
彼女のデザインもかなりシンプルなのですが、此のシンプルさが粋なのかもしれませんね。
手仕事の雰囲気を色濃く演出されていると思います。
それから使用されておりますターコイズもアリゾナ州のキングスマンのターコイズを使用しております。
Her design is quite simple, but perhaps that simplicity is what gives it such a stylish flair.
I feel it strongly evokes the character of handcrafted work.
Also, the turquoise used is Kingman turquoise from Arizona.

生地から企画しました60年代ヴィンテージフランネルのカバーオールシャツなどの装いにも良くお似合いに
なりますね。

This is a Fred Harvey piece from the 1930s. The fact that an item from roughly a century ago still looks so radiant really speaks to its authenticity.
It’s easy to see why Ralph Lauren became so captivated by Fred Harvey jewelry.
