ウォーターピープルは、サーフィンとクライミングというPatagoniaの
独特な歴史を祝い、真のクライマーであるサーファーと真のあるサーファーである
クライマーの歴史を伝えたTシャツになります。
このワニのイラスト『Surf Gator』は伝説のシュイナードの『Super Gator』の
現代版となります。
バナーのグラフィックや織りラベルは1970年代のシュイナードイクイップメントのラベルから
ヒントを得たもので、コレクションを通じてされているトリムのウェビングは70年代の
補強用バータックやシュイナードのクライミング用ロープからアイデアを得ました。
表面のポケット上にもそのアイデアを使用されており、背面には『Surf Gator』のプリントが
施された仕様となります。
生地も4.6ozの米国産オーガニックコットンを使用し非常に滑らかな着心地となります。
ディテールも襟裏にはテーピング処理が施されており型崩れしずらく、肌に直接縫い目が当たる事がなく
ストレスを感じることもないかと思います。
お色もPufferfish Goldという独特なカラーリングでインポートの香りがするお色となっております。
バーミューダやベイカーパンツ、Resoluteなどにも合わせて頂けて

Water People celebrates Patagonia's unique history of surfing and climbing, telling the story of surfers who are true climbers and climbers who are true surfers.
This alligator illustration of the “Surf Gator” is a modern version of the legendary Chouinard's “Super Gator.
The banner graphics and woven label were inspired by Chouinard Equipment labels from the 1970s, and the webbing trim throughout the collection was inspired by the reinforcing bartacks and Chouinard climbing ropes of the 1970s.
The idea was also used on the front pockets, and the “Surf Gator” print on the back.
The fabric is 4.6 oz. organic cotton from the U.S. and is very smooth and comfortable to wear.
The back of the collar is taped to prevent it from losing its shape, and the seams do not directly contact the skin, so you will not feel any stress.
The Patagonia Water People Organic Pocket T-Shirt can be worn casually with bermudas, baker pants, or resolutes.
