此の春夏物からデビュー致します！
We’ll be making our debut with this spring/summer collection!
こちらのレーベル！
（此のレーベル自体は昨年には完成しており、林さん別注物などのアウターなどにも使用しておりましたが
この度、ボーイズマーケットのカットソー部門のレーベルに決定致しました。）
実店舗の名前BOYSMARKETと其のネーミングをレーベルに落とし込みました実店舗のオリジナルブランド
になります。
BOYSMARKETの冠を頂きましたブランドになりますので、僕達も素材は勿論、デザインからディティールまで
自分達が本当に着たい！と思う物を作ろうと意気込んで企画させて頂きました。
大まかなデザインや素材感などは僕達が決めまして、生地の段取りやデザインをパターンに起こす作業などは
某有名ブランドで企画を担当しておりました方にお手伝いして頂いておりますので、僕達も大船に乗った感覚で
企画する事が出来ました。
製品化して頂きます工場さん（勿論、日本製になります）なども色々な有名ブランドを手掛けております工場
さんですから其の出来栄えも納得のいく逸品となっております。
勿論、サンプルアップしまして洗い加工後の縮率など吟味致しましてと、二度三度のサンプルアップは当然の
作業となります。
やはりディリーウェアーの企画の場合、日々着用しましてお洗濯も必然なので製品完成後に製品洗いを施して
サイズの変更が無い様企画しております。
今回使用致しました生地は、
This label!
(This label itself was completed last year and has been used for outerwear such as Hayashi-san’s custom-made items, but
it has now been decided as the label for Boys Market’s cut-and-sew division.)
This is an original brand of our physical store, BOYSMARKET, incorporating the store’s name into the label.
As this brand bears the BOYSMARKET name, we were determined to create something that we ourselves would truly want to wear, from the materials to the design and details.
We decided on the general design and material feel, but the fabric procurement and pattern making were handled by someone who previously worked in planning for a well-known brand,
which gave us a sense of confidence in the project.
The factory that will be producing the products (of course, it will be made in Japan) also handles various famous brands,
so you can be assured of a high-quality product.
Of course, we create samples, carefully examine the shrinkage rate after washing, and so, creating samples two or three times is a standard procedure.
In the case of daily wear design, since it will be worn and washed daily, we design the garments to undergo a post-production wash to ensure there are no size changes.

現在の猛暑の日本にはピッタリなスラブ綿を使用しております。
生地全体に凹凸がございまして肌に生地全体が触れないので真夏にも快適に着用して頂けると思います。
それから生地自身の通気性も良くて速乾性もございますので日本の湿度の高い天候にはピッタリな生地かと
思います。
デザインも僕のヴィンテージの倉庫からスウェットシャツやT-SHなどを参考にしましてスタンダードですが
気の利いた逸品に仕上げております。
This garment uses slub cotton, perfect for Japan’s current heatwave.
The fabric has a textured surface, preventing it from touching the skin, making it comfortable even in the height of summer.
Furthermore, the fabric is highly breathable and quick-drying, making it ideal for Japan’s humid climate.
The design is based on vintage sweatshirts and T-shirts from my own collection, resulting in a standard yet thoughtfully crafted piece.

ヘンリーネックのT-SH！
お色も僕の所有するヴィンテージの半袖スウェットを染色工場に持ち込みまして同じ色目に染めて
頂きました！
60年代のスウェットで当初はもっと濃いサックスブルーだったと思われますが、それが経年美化致しまして
此の独特なサックスブルー（グレーを少し落とした様な独特のお色）に変化したと思います。
ヴィンテージ物は其のディティールや昔のコットン特有の張り腰なども魅力なのですが、経年美化した色目も
僕は魅力だと思うのです。
ジーパンと同じ感覚ですね。
さて着用しますと、

A Henley neck T-shirt!
I even brought my own vintage short-sleeved sweatshirt to a dyeing factory and had them dye it to the same color!
It’s a 1960s sweatshirt, and I think it was originally a darker light blue, but it has aged beautifully,
and changed to this unique light blue (a unique color that’s like a slightly muted gray).
Vintage items are appealing for their details and the unique stiffness of old cotton, but I also think the beautifully aged color is a big part of their charm.
It’s the same feeling as with jeans.
Now, when I wear it…
僕でSサイズで自然なサイズ感になります。
此の写真を見て、オヤッと思われた方流石です。
On me, the S size fits naturally.
If you looked at this photo and thought, “Hmm?”, you’re quite observant.
実は裾に少しシャツの様なカーブを描いているのです。
こちらもヴィンテージのT-SHに此の様なデザインが有りましたので参考にさせて頂きました！
何故此のカーブのデザインが描かれたのか？
僕の主観ですが、
Actually, the hem has a slight curve, like a shirt.
I also used a similar design from a vintage T-shirt as inspiration!
Why was this curved design included?
In my opinion,
此の様に真夏に一枚で着用された時に一枚でも様に成る様にデザインされたのでは！
実際一枚で着用した場合、裾が直線の物よりこちらのデザインが入った物の方が綺麗に纏まると思いませんか。
ちょっとした事なのですが、其れが欧米人のデザインセンスだなと思うのです。
やはり僕達と違い洋服の歴史自身が長いので違いますよね。
丁髷を結っておりました江戸時代に米国は既にカウボーイ姿ですからね。
そう考えますと怖いですよね。
下手に僕達日本人がデザインなどと考えるよりヴィンテージ物を参考にしまして物作りする方が
よほど素敵な物が出来るのではないでしょうか！
さて着心地ですが、肌にサラリとしました着心地で心地良い仕上がりになっております。
そして一番大事な着熟しはと、
It seems this garment was designed to look great even when worn alone in the height of summer!
In fact, when worn alone, don’t you think this design looks neater than one with a straight hem?
It’s a small detail, but I think that’s the design sense of Westerners.
Of course, their history of clothing is much longer than ours, so it’s different.
Even during the Edo period, when Japanese people wore topknots, Americans were already dressed as cowboys.
When you think about it that way, it’s kind of scary, isn’t it?
Instead of us Japanese trying to design something ourselves, wouldn’t it be far better to take inspiration from vintage pieces and create something wonderful?
Now, as for the comfort, it has a smooth, comfortable feel against the skin.
And the most important thing is how to wear it…
デッドストックのCANCLINIのインディゴ生地で60年代のワークシャツのディティールを取り入れました
シャツなどのインナーとしても様になりますよ！
此のワークシャツも色落ちしまして経年美化がお楽しみな一枚になると思います。
This shirt incorporates details from a 1960s work shirt, using deadstock CANCLINI indigo fabric.
It looks great as an inner layer under shirts and other garments!
This work shirt will also fade over time, and I think it will become a beautifully aged piece that you can enjoy watching change.

10年などでは潰れないしっかりした縫製で作り込みましたヘンリーネックT-SHに経年美化がお楽しみ

This Henley neck T-shirt, crafted with sturdy stitching that won’t lose its shape even after 10 years, will age beautifully over time.
It’s a work shirt made from deadstock Italian fabric, and I think it’s a perfect fit for my favorite European-inspired American traditional style.
For footwear, Italian-made Top-Sider sneakers would complete the look.

It pairs exceptionally well with items like baker pants.
It has a kind of rugged, or perhaps imported, feel to it. It really adds a nice touch.
For footwear, try something like the Dirty Bucks we specially ordered from Makers to create an Ivy League vibe.
Shoes are a major element of an outfit, after all.

This brown color seems like it should exist, but it’s actually quite rare, isn’t it?
It’s surprisingly hard to find, so I made it myself because I wanted to wear it!
It can also create a surprisingly mature American traditional vibe.
