英国JOSEPH CHEANEYに別注致しましたサンプルが届きましたのでご報告です！
こちらが2ndサンプルになります。
1stサンプルに色々と修正や皮革の変更など行いまして、やっと出来上がりました。
We’re pleased to report that the sample we commissioned from JOSEPH CHEANEY in the UK has arrived!
This is the second sample.
We made various corrections and changes to the leather compared to the first sample, and it’s finally finished.
スタイルはASHERになります。
The style will be ASHER.
ASHER自身、日本未発売のモデルになります。
僕自身が数年前からワークブーツが欲しくて色々な靴メーカーの展示会に出向き探しておりましたが
中々僕好みな物が見つからなくて、（無骨過ぎたり柔過ぎたりと）男臭さも残しつつ上質なスウェードで
フォルムが美しいブーツと口で云うのは簡単なのですが、実際商品化するのが難しくて。
昨年、JOSEPH CHEANEYの展示会に出向いた際、
（本当の所、CAIRNGORMの発注のみしておこうと思っておりました。）
靴のお話中にブーツの話になりまして、
（日本では未発売モデルなのですが、こう云うのが本国には有りますよ！）
僕も実物が無いので判断し兼ねておりますと、
（英国から取り寄せます）との事になりまして。
ASHERと云うブーツを待つ事に。
其の後、届きまして全体のイメージは男臭さも有りそれでいて上質なクオリティーも感じさせて
頂けましたので、僕の欲しいブラウンスウェードでサンプル依頼をさせて頂きました。
The ASHER model itself is not yet available in Japan.
For several years, I’ve been wanting work boots and have been attending various shoe manufacturers’ exhibitions, searching for the perfect pair.
However, I couldn’t find anything that suited my taste (they were either too rugged or too soft). I wanted something that retained a masculine feel while being made of high-quality suede.
It’s easy to say, but actually commercializing such a boot is difficult.
Last year, when I attended the JOSEPH CHEANEY exhibition,
(To be honest, I was only planning to order the CAIRNGORM.)
During our conversation about shoes, the topic of boots came up.
(They mentioned that this model isn’t available in Japan, but they have it in their home country!)
Since I didn’t have a sample to judge,
they said they would order it from the UK.
And so, I decided to wait for the ASHER boots.
After it arrived, the overall impression was that it had a masculine feel, yet also conveyed a sense of high quality.
Therefore, I requested a sample in the brown suede that I wanted.

此のカーブなども堪りませんよね。
These curves are just irresistible, aren’t they?
米国物のブーツとは違いステッチの幅も狭く上品なお顔になります。
そして使用しましたスウェードは、英国のチャールズFステッド社のREPELLOスウェードになります。
ん！どこかで聞いた覚えが。
そうなんです。
英国のTrickersに別注しておりますデザートブーツからBOURTONにサイドゴアの3兄弟に使用しております
スウェードのお色違い！
ですから僕のデザートブーツで16年履いて全然現役ですから信頼が於けますよね。
もう僕の歳からなら一生物と言っても過言じゃございませんよね。
デザートブーツの使用年数まで生きていられるか？ですよね。
お色目はSNUFFになりまして濃い目の茶色になります。
Unlike American-made boots, the stitching is narrower, giving them a more refined look.
The suede used is REPELLO suede from Charles F. Stead of England.
Hmm! That sounds familiar.
That’s right.
It’s the same suede used in the three brothers we commission from Trickers of England: the Desert Boots, the Bourton, and the Chelsea boots.
It’s just a different color of suede!
That’s why I’ve been wearing my Desert Boots for 16 years and they’re still going strong, so you can trust them.
At my age, it’s not an exaggeration to say they’re a lifelong investment.
The question is, will I live long enough to last as long as my Desert Boots?
The color is SNUFF, a dark brown.

REPELLO suede uses carefully selected calfskin from Europe, resulting in short fibers and an extremely fine texture.
You’ll understand its superior quality when you touch it.
Many of you probably own Trickers desert boots, so you’ll know what I mean!
REPELLO suede is also suitable for rainy weather; water-repellent and stain-resistant agents are infused deep into the suede fibers.
Even with friction, the effect won’t diminish.
Water droplets bead up on the surface of the suede.
That’s why it’s perfect for work boots.
In short, these are European-style work boots that adults can enjoy!
This is exactly the kind of series I’ve been wanting.
