HailMary マガジンからお誘いを受けまして、
ツィードのハンティングジャケットを企画させて頂きました！
I was invited by HailMary Magazine to collaborate on a project—
and I’ve designed a tweed hunting jacket!

こちらのジャケットですが、英国製ドネガル糸を使用しまして織り上げましたホームスパンツィードになりまして
作れる数量にも限りがございます。
既にインスタグラムなど見まして先行予約される方もチラホラと。
This jacket is crafted from homespun tweed, woven using Donegal yarn sourced from the UK.
The number of pieces we can produce is limited.
We’ve already seen a few early pre-orders coming in from people who spotted it on Instagram and elsewhere.
こちらが其の全貌となります。
コーディネィトもし易いお色目に綺麗なネップが散りばめられまして小粋な一枚に仕上がっております。
通常ハンティングジャケットやゲームジャケットを連想されますと、英国カントリースタイルが思い浮かべられると
思うのですが、ボーイズマーケットとしては、同じヨーロッパでもイタリア其れもフィレンツェのカントリー
スタイルでご提案させて頂きました！
フィレンツェなどにも昔から牛追い即ちカウボーイ文化も存在しておりましてツィードのジャケットを羽織って
いたそうです。
其れにイタリア貴族などもハンティングに使用しておりましたので英国同様にツィード文化は存在しておりました。
イタリア人の場合は、やはり肌に馴染み柔らかい物を好まれていたそうです。
ツィードと偏に言いましてもお国柄がございますね。

Featuring a versatile color palette accented with beautiful, scattered “nepps” (small flecks of fiber), this piece has a truly stylish, sophisticated finish.
When you think of hunting or game jackets, you might naturally envision the classic British country style. However, at Boys Market, we’ve taken a different approach—drawing inspiration from the country style of Italy, specifically Florence!
Florence, for instance, has a long-standing tradition of cattle herding—a form of “cowboy” culture—where those involved would wear tweed jackets.
Furthermore, Italian nobility also wore tweed for hunting, meaning a distinct “tweed culture” existed in Italy, much like it did in Britain.
It is said that Italians, by nature, preferred fabrics that felt soft and sat comfortably against the skin.
In short, the character of tweed varies depending on the country of origin.

お襟のゴージ位置の高さやラペルから裾に掛けてのカーブなどもきつく描いておりセンターボタンを留めますと
裾が後に流れる様に作っております。

The height of the collar gorge and the curve from the lapel to the hem are drawn tightly, and when the center button is fastened.
The hem is made to flow at the back.
More manly and more elegant!
副資材も使用せずにナチュラルな肩から首に向かってお襟が綺麗に登っているのが分かって頂けますか？
Can you see how the collar rises gracefully from the shoulder toward the neck, all without the use of any internal structural materials?
ライフルなどの肩パッドも意匠デザインとして残しております。
We have also retained the shoulder pads—such as those found on rifles—as part of the overall design.
お襟には男好きされますチンストラップも！
The collar even features a chin strap—a detail that’s sure to appeal to men!

Once you fasten it, it creates an atmosphere like this!
そしてお襟裏にはアルカンターラも張っております。
And the underside of the collar is lined with Alcantara.
アルカンターラはエルボーパッチとしても！
Alcantara can also be used for elbow patches!
そして腕の可動域を広げてくれるアクションプリーツも採用しております。
It also features action pleats that increase the range of motion for the arms.
お袖口は当然、本切羽を採用しております。
Naturally, the cuffs feature functional buttonholes.
腰ポケットはマチ付きの大容量ポケットになります。
The waist pockets are high-capacity pockets featuring gussets.
街の散策時にはiphoneからカードケースにHi-liteにビックライターなど色々な必需品も収納可能と！
When strolling around town, you can carry all your essentials—from your iPhone and card case to a pack of Hi-Lite cigarettes and a Bic lighter—all in one place!
デッドストックの本水牛ボタンを採用しております。
自然の物なので一つづつ輝き方も違うのが魅惑的ですね。
We have used deadstock genuine buffalo horn buttons.
Since they are natural materials, each one has a unique luster—a truly captivating detail.

The Alcantara really creates a great atmosphere!
It’s like a “beauty looking back over her shoulder”!
単仕立てを採用しております。
We use a single-layer construction.
勿論、サイドベント仕様になります。
Naturally, it will feature side vents.
パンツのポケットに手を入れた際の裾さばきも美しいですね。

This piece works great as a jacket alternative—I highly recommend wearing it that way!
It’s a work shirt designed using deadstock indigo fabric from CANCLINI, which has been further indigo-dyed.
